2020年2月に発売されたヤリスです。1999年発売のヴィッツから数えて4世代目になります。
先代P130で特徴的だった1本ワイパーを止めて、普通の2本ワイパーになりました。
ADAS用のカメラをFRガラス上端に配置する様になり、カメラ前を拭き取るために上側を重視した配置になると、運転席前の扇形や助手席前の三角形の拭き残しが増える傾向は、他車で多くみられる傾向ですが、ヤリスは平均よりも抑えられていて良心的な設計です。

This is the 4th generation Toyota Yaris, which released in February 2020 in Japan.
Toyota has changed from the mono wiper that was characteristic of the 3rd generation Yaris(type P130), to the ordinary two wipers.
Since the ADAS front camera is placed on the upper edge of the front windshield glass, if the wipers placement is focused on the upper side in order to wipe the ADAS front camera, there is a tendency for more “Fan-shaped unwiped area in front of the driver seat” and “Triangle unwiped area in front of the passenger seat” to be left unwiped. This is a tendency that is often seen in other vehicles, but Yaris is a conscientious design that is below average.
